We accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned with original packaging in perfect condition.
Items returned without original pouches, or jewelry boxes will be charged a restocking fee.
Items purchased through promotions are subject to promotion rules and regulations, and are usually non-refundable.
We are only able to accept returns for pieces purchased through our website.
Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable.
The refund duration might take up to 14 working days, depending on the mode of refund you have indicated on the RETURN SLIP.
