Your satisfaction is our priority! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of shipment. Items must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but you can exchange for a different style or receive store credit for the same full price. Ensure garments are free from makeup stains and perfume scents. The cost of returning the items is to be covered by the purchaser. Thank you for your understanding! 

Kindly note that bodysuits, swimwear, customized items, and any products purchased at a discount are non-returnable.

Our in-stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 days, while custom orders require about 10-14 days for completion. Please be aware that shipping times may be longer during sales, holidays, or due to unexpected events like severe weather. You will receive a notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
