Currently we are offering FREE STANDARD delivery (outside of the United States) on all orders above 2000 HKD. If you order is below this value, below shipping fees will be applied.

Standard Shipping: Enjoy a flat rate of 50 HKD for all orders within Hong Kong.

Standard International Shipping: We offer a flat rate of 150-200 HKD for international orders, with the exception of shipments to the USA, where the fee is 350-500 HKD due to higher shipping costs and tariffs.

Express Shipping: Available for all international orders at an additional charge of 350 HKD. Please note that this option is not available during our free standard shipping campaign.

Products purchased on www.gosiaorlowska.com can be exchanged or returned up to 7 days after the date of receipt. You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Please note, that the return policy only applies to goods that have been shipped to you, not those that have been bought in-person in our store.

Return the product together with the filled out Return form, that you can download here . State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return.
