Discount Code Terms & Policy
Discount codes are limited to one per customer per purchase and are good for a one time use only per customer and can only be used on full price merchandise, unless stated otherwise. The discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your account will be credited only in the amount that you paid – total amount at checkout less the value of the coupon code.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Gosia Orlowska Designs reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion. The contents of this statement may be altered at any time, at our discretion.
Discount codes are not retroactive and price adjustments will not be issued to orders placed prior to the start of any promotion.
Return and Exchange Instructions

Products purchased on www.gosiaorlowska.com can be exchanged or returned up to 7 days after the date of receipt.

If you choose to return your item(s) with a tracking number, please notify us by email at info@gosiaorlowska.com. We will process your request same day after receiving your parcel.
* We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging and tags. Customized items, bodysuits, swimwear, and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gosia Orlowska will not be responsible in case of loss of the package during the return.
